RU3 (Moscow, Russia) has changed IP. The default OpenVPN and SoftEther configs of RU3 (domain name based) were not changed, the configs based on IP were changed. Update it please.
RU3 has been moved to another datacenter in Moscow (Russia) and the IP was changed. Default configs (connecting by domain) have not been changed. Update the configs which are using IP to connect if you need them.
And some of our servers can be under DDoS still. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
