The server LU1 (Luxembourg) was replaced by the server NL3 (Amsterdam, Netherlands). According to the replacing the pair LU1-DE4 became NL3-DE4. OpenVPN configs that have DE4 as a incoming server and SoftEther single chains of DE4 have not changed, but all SoftEther double chains have been changed.
