PL2 (Poland) has migrated from Warsaw to Gdansk

PL2 (Poland) has migrated from Warsaw to Gdansk. The default OpenVPN and SoftEther configs of PL2 (domain name based) were not changed, the configs based on IP were changed. Update it please.
